Sohail S. Sarbuland
Sohail started in the grassroots of real estate sector in the late 1980s, forming Crossier in 1993, and to date the core ingredient of his and Crossier’s success remains his instinct and ability to unlock value in properties and sites.
In his close to three decades in the sector, the volume of transactions continually serve to increase his expertise, in parallel to establishing reputation and standing in the sector.
Sohail’s experience and knowledge extends to corporate investments, asset and portfolio acquisitions and joint ventures, with overall responsibility for planning and implementation of Crossier’s strategy.
Nawaz Khokhar, B.Com, FCCA
Nawaz, a Qualified Accountant, joined Sohail in 2000 with responsibility for all accounting, financial, tax and corporate statutory compliance.
With a wealth of experience in real estate, Nawaz brings a strong practical and operational perspective to Crossier.
Nawaz’s role encompasses liaising with external advisors on structuring and tax whilst sharing joint responsibility with Sohail in maintaining core relationships with partners and banks.
Ana Parra, BA (Hons), MA, MSc.
Ana brings a broad skill set by way of being a qualified architect in addition to further professional qualifications in both structural engineering and interior design.
The combination of Ana’s qualifications sees her coordinate closely with Sohail on aesthetic and space planning, in the appraisal of the existing portfolio as to where value can be added and new opportunities
Yane Panovski, MA Arch. + Dipl. Eng. Arch.
Yane is a design-led architect with vast experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
Bringing Yane’s role and technical experience in house, provides Crossier with a competitive edge of first mover advantage on assessing and appraising opportunities.
Yane’s experience ranges from his engagement in single assets to award winning high profile multi unit prime central London developments.
Fatima NS Sarbuland, MEng
A University College London qualified engineer who recently completed her law conversation at City University.
Fatima has been tasked with gaining exposure to all divisions within the company, working closely with her father, Sohail, on family succession within the company and the wider family office investments.
To date Fatima has been heavily involved in the overhaul of the company’s branding and IT, modernising the IT infrastructure to move towards her ambition of a paperless office.
Fatima’s law conversion was as a direct result of her involvement in a number of transactions which saw her develop a desire for a greater understanding and knowledge of the legal elements of both transactions and structuring.
